1. Giveaway: Outback Presents “Win Two Tickets to see Jim Jefferies in Hershey!” Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins at 9:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on March 2, 2026 and ends at 4:59:59 PM CT on March 6, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Outback Presents, LLC (“Sponsor”) its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Giveaway (collectively “Giveaway Entities”) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to enter or receive the promotional items. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: An individual will be deemed an Entrant ("Entrant") in the Sweepstakes if they are eligible and enter by visiting https://www.outbackpresents.com/sweeps/jimjefferieshershey during the Giveaway Period. Entrant must fully complete the online entry form. Entrants will need to provide: first/last name, e-mail address, zip code and daytime phone number (with area code). Each Entrant that fully completes an entry form will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. 
   
   Limit - one (1) entry per Entrant during the Giveaway Period. The person submitting an entry to the Giveaway (“Entry”) is the entrant (“Entrant”).   In the event of a dispute about an online Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the supplied, verified email address account, meaning the person to whom such account is assigned by the provider of the email account.  All Entries become property of the Sponsor. An Entry constitutes each Entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules.

4. PRIZE SELECTION/ODDS: The potential winning Entry will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries during the Giveaway Period, on or about March 9, 2026, by the Sponsor (or its designee), whose decisions are final and not subject to challenge and/or appeal in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the Giveaway.

5. GRAND PRIZE:  One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Win Two Tickets to Ji Grand Prize package is comprised the following elements: Two (2) tickets. Maximum total package value- $200
   
   As a condition of entry into the Giveaway and/or Entrant’s receipt of any prize, each Entrant agrees to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Giveaway Entities from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Giveaway, the receipt of any prize,  or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Giveaway.  Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the promo recipient’s name, photos and/or aural and visual likeness and Entry in any media or format for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, unless prohibited by law. Prize will be provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Prize recipients are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize not specified herein as being awarded. Grand Prize winner is responsible for his/her own travel plans and coordination beyond what is provided as part of the Grand Prize. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by the prize recipient.

6. GENERAL RULES/WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be initially contacted via their email address and/or phone number provided in their Entry. The recipient must respond and confirm that message within 5 days. Return of any message as undeliverable may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner.  Prize Winner will be required to complete and sign a declaration of eligibility and liability and publicity release (to the extent allowed by law), an IRS form (W9), and provide proof of identity (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Release”). The Prize Acceptance Release must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.  Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner.  If any potential eligible winner is deemed a minor under the laws of his/her place or residence, any required documents must be signed by a parent or guardian.   By entering in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Sponsor.  
   
   Giveaway Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible.
   
   The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor.  In such circumstances, Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Grand Prize from among all eligible Entries received not affected by the problem.  
   
   By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with Entry in the Giveaway. By accepting any prize, you assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize item provided or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prize and/or winner.
   
   As a condition of entering the Giveaway, Entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any promo items received, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, attorneys’ fees. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, assigns, members, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by each Entrant for any liability for, any bodily injury, loss, cost, or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages, sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of  ay prize or parts thereof, or participation in the Giveaway or any related activity. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.

Disputes; Arbitration; Governing Law: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PROMO ITEMS OR PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; (2) THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT SHALL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT AND ALL PROCEEDINGS AT SUCH ARBITRATION; AND (3) JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, OTHER THAN ENTRANT’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (I.E., COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY), AND ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THEIR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES THAT WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANOTHER JURISDICTION. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Giveaway, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the Davidson County, Tennessee. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non-conveniens.

9. Privacy: Sponsor will collect Entrant’s personal information in connection with the Giveaway. Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.outbackpresents.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Entrant is providing his/her personal information to the Sponsor, subject to their privacy policy, and hereby acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to the privacy policy.

   The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor.  In such circumstances, Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Grand Prize from among all eligible Entries received not affected by the problem.  
   
   By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with Entry in the Giveaway. By accepting any prize, you assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize item provided or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prize and/or winner.
   
   As a condition of entering the Giveaway, Entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any promo items received, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, attorneys’ fees. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.
   
   
   

7. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, assigns, members, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by each Entrant for any liability for, any bodily injury, loss, cost, or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages, sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of  ay prize or parts thereof, or participation in the Giveaway or any related activity. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.

Disputes; Arbitration; Governing Law: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PROMO ITEMS OR PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; (2) THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT SHALL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT AND ALL PROCEEDINGS AT SUCH ARBITRATION; AND (3) JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, OTHER THAN ENTRANT’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (I.E., COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY), AND ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THEIR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES THAT WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANOTHER JURISDICTION. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Giveaway, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the Davidson County, Tennessee. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non-conveniens.

9. Privacy: Sponsor will collect Entrant’s personal information in connection with the Giveaway. Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.outbackpresents.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Entrant is providing his/her personal information to the Sponsor, subject to their privacy policy, and hereby acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to the privacy policy.
